What’s Included:

  • Training program is a structured 10-week program that takes you from zero running experience to completing a continuous 5KM run. Along the way, you’ll also follow strength training tailored specifically to the needs of a runner.

  • The program begins with 2 weeks of strength training and walking to prepare your body for the following 8 weeks of running and strength workouts, each under 45 minutes.

  • Nutrition tools included in the app to help guide your daily food choices and habits (upon request).
