What’s Included in Your Nutrition Coaching Package

  • 1-hour personalized nutrition session to review your body analysis, understand your needs, and set clear goals
    (body analysis test is required before the session)

  • 4 hours of offline nutrition video lessons covering the fundamentals of healthy eating, habits, and sustainable nutrition strategies

  • 10 days of 1:1 nutrition coaching, where you share your daily meals and receive personalized feedback, guidance, and adjustments to support your progress

  • You may extend the 1 week meal-sharing and feedback coaching as many times as you like, for 100 USD per week.
